Rural Youth Enhancement center is a non government initiative focusing on development of rural youth in North Karnataka region. RYE is started on October 2015 in Haliyal Uttar Kannada district with a group of passionate people who are dedicated to develop the young people in Karnataka.
We are committed to improving the standard of living of the poor in rural areas. We develop well researched programs that empower the knowledge of youths to cope up with modern business activities and make them social with the modern world. Indirectly we are working to stabilize and improve the sources of their livelihoods. We envision rural youths education by educating all the basic needs of business and activities by proper training in our training centers which cater world class services to MNC’s and IT companies. Training is based on technical skills, behavior skills, financials and computer knowledge which make sure business of customers grows
Our goal is to ensure that rural youths have all the knowledge that they need to succeed both in their life and lives. We strive to innovatively connect rural youths to modern world of business and to sustain those connections using a combination of innovative trainings, practices, real-time working and innovative field activities. We believe that if rural youths are meaningfully connected to the growing world, as a resources they can stabilize and improve their livelihoods & contribute to the economic growth of our country and play a meaningful role in the social and political development of our country.
The RYE Center is closely guided and mentored by two entrepreneur who has over 40 years of experience in the industry collectively. These key persons are helping, guiding and mentoring the program and the center on regular basis and making sure the Vison of RYE is not only fulfilled but exceed in every aspects
Narayan Tosur extend his support and dedicate his time to serve Society to Train, develop and enhance the skills of rural youth and employ them in the different industry which also help to contribute the growth of the state and country
Narayan Tosur has been associated with social activities for last 10 years and dreamt & built RYE Trust in 2015. He is instrumental in building training centre for Café Coffee Day Haliyal under DDU GKY and extended his strategy in streamlining and optimizing the resource utilization & cost optimisation. He has motivated the team to complete the training and deploy them to job at CCD Bangalore and Goa around 500+ students from Rural and BPL family background in last Two+ years.
Facilitated and organised around 40+ Job Fairs across Talukas across Karnataka and created a pipeline of around 5000+ unemployed rural youth.
Narayan has been associated with IT Industry globally for more than 24+ years. He has rich experience in building high performance sustainable teams, global delivery management and managing customer relationships. Narayan is instrumental in building large offshore and nearshore centres for global Fortune 500 customers.
Narayan is graduated from Karnataka University Dharwad in Mechanical Engineering. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Jyoti Tosur has been associated with RYE Trust for last two years. She has rich experience in motivating under privilege school dropouts to go to school & building strong team of teaching staff for RYE Trust. Jyoti is instrumental in building training center for Cafe Coffee Day Haliyal under the umbrella of RYE Trust and extended her support in streamlining the process towards operational excellence within short span of time.
She has motivated the team through counseling the students & parents to complete the training. She ensure 100% deployment of trained students at Cafe Coffee Day Bangalore & Goa. She played instrumental role in deployment of around 500+ students from Rural BPL family background from Rural Karnataka in last two years.
Mr. Raghu, Center Head of RYE Skill Centre Haliyal for Café Coffee Day. He has completed his graduation in Bachelor of commerce & he has 4 years of experience working with RYE Haliyal for DDUGKY project for Rural candidates. It has been more than 4 years working with Haliyal Café Coffee Day Training Centre. his responsibility is to Manage the Training center/hostels as per local lows, assessment of the students as per schedule, Batch launch &Batch freezing, Control the classes as per ACLP, Control of all the assets(Center/Hostels), Maintain SF’s in place& maintain backup of CCTV footage, maintain all documents (MPR, MRIGS)&Records as per SOP, Bill Payment & Receipts Maintaining, Plan to Attend Udyog mela and bringing candidates and to keep the team physically fit & active Also he is a Head of the Operations.
As on today he had worked to get 1130+ students to train at RYE Trust Haliyal Centre for DDUGKY project.

Mr.Suresh PG, Domain expert for DDU GKY project under Café Coffee Day PIA at Haliyal. He has completed graduation in Bachelor of Arts and B.Ed. in Karnataka University.
Work experience overall 15+ years’ in Café Coffee Day - 2 years as Team Member, 2 years as Brew Master, 1 year as O.T, 2 years as Assistant Manager and 4 years as café manager and 2.9 years as a Trainer. He has been worked in two states Karnataka & Goa. In Goa Panaji, Miramar and Bhaga Beach and in Karnataka Hubballi, Belagavi, Mysore, Manipal, Mangalore, Yermal and Kundapur and Haliyal.
In DDU GKY project he had worked 1 year in Ranebennur Training center and from last 2 years he was working at RYE Haliyal training center assigned by Cafe Coffee Day and he was enjoying work at Haliyal Centre. He will be training the students about Coffee making skills, Hospitality, Customer Service, and prepare them as per Café Coffee Day S.O.P and educate them about job and career path.
Mr.Santoshakumar annigeri IT expert of RYE Skill Center Haliyal. He has completed Bachelor of computer application. He has 10 year experience in IT Sector, 3 years as a desktop support service engineer, 3 years as a network engineer, 2 years as a IT Manager, 2 years as a IT Hardware & Networking Trainer, From last 1 year he is working at RYE Skill Center Haliyal as a IT trainer & he is Taking care of IT Peripherals and Networking as well. He is multi-talented personality with Technical and good Analytical skills

Ms, Ashwini English trainer of RYE skill Center Haliyal. she Has completed Bachelor of commerce at Haliyal College. She have 2+ year experience working with RYE Training center under DDU-GKY Project. Her responsibility is to Manage time to time classes, writing all Registration books & documentation work, If additionally she takes care of preparing ID cards, Maintaining leave letters, Communication with Student’s parents & In absence of other trainer should take care of their responsibilities as well.

Ms. Netravati SOP Trainer of RYE skill center Haliyal. she has completed Bachelor of computer application. she has 7 months work experience in five splash(BPO) Hubli as Executive, from last one year she was working with RYE Trust under DDU-GKY Project Haliyal. Her responsibility is to take classes as per schedule, she train the students about SOP & English(Grammar), and also take care of media communications and social media.
She was enjoying work at RYE Skill center Haliyal.
Mr. Vinayak Boys hostel caretaker for RYE Skill center Haliyal. He has completed PUC Education in NES collage Alnavar. His responsibility is to maintain cleanliness of hostel & follow the hostel rules & regulations. Switch off all room fans & lights before leaving hostel, Engage the students in games on Sundays/holidays & games. All items at Hostel and office items should be kept in proper place, Opening & Locking of Training Center.

I am Raghu, Care Taker of Boys Hostel for RYE Skill Centre Haliyal for Café Coffee Day. I have 3 years of experience working with RYE for DDUGKY project for Rural candidates. It has been more than 3 years working with Haliyal Café Coffee Day Training Centre. My responsibility is to take care of Boys Hostel and to keep the team physically fit & active Also I Head of the Operations.

Hi this is Ashwini, I am working in DDU GKY project under RYE Skill Centre for Cafe Coffee Day P.I.A. at Haliyal centre. I completed my graduation in Bachelor of Commerce at K.U.D. and completed computer Training course and Internet. I am teaching computer to students at RYE Skill Centre Haliyal from few months and I am training the students as per DDUGKY guidelines and preparing them to work for Café Coffee Day
